Donations
The Kingman Carnegie Library gratefully accepts donations of all kinds. We thrive on support from our local community members. Any monetary donations to the library are tax-deductible.
Books, Movies, Audio Books…
The library does the best it can to provide as many new books, movies and more as we can. However, to keep our collection growing, we would gladly take donations!
Any items that we cannot use in our collection will be added to our annual book sale and will help fund new items for the library.
New or gently used:
- Hardcover Books
- Paperback Books
- DVDs or BluRays
- Audio Books
Craft Items…
Do you have craft items that you are no longer using? The library provides craft programs for children several times a week and our supplies do dwindle! Some items that would be greatly appreciated..
New or gently used:
- markers
- pencils
- crayons
- construction paper
- glue sticks
- toilet paper or paper towel rolls.
- paper egg cartons
- paper plates
- wiggly eyes
- perler beads
Sponsorships
In addition to our popular Summer Reading activities, we offer events and programs year-round for children from birth to high school to encourage them to read and continue learning. Even small donations help us provide fun incentives – anything from books to small prizes – to help keep their interest.
Would you like to help sponsor one or more of our programs for children and adults? These can include:
- Educational program presenters
- Entertainers
- Craft programs
- Storytime
- Adult programming
